consultations
1. Weight management and metabolic conditions
Even when weight is a source of health
concern, our definition of ‘health’ goes far
beyond a number on a scale. It
encompasses a multitude of factors,
including eating habits, exercise routine,
sleep pattern, mental health, support
network and many more. Exploring all
these factors allows us to deeply
understand your personal circumstances
and to provide bespoke nutrition and
exercise guidance.
We believe that a healthy diet is the one
you can follow all year around. We do not
believe in or promote fad or highlyrestrictive
diets
- Weight loss or gain

2. Period loss (amenorrhoea) and Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (REDs)
We never normalise period loss or
menstrual disturbance in women before
the menopause (of course, with the
exception of pregnancy or medical
conditions). This is something we take
very seriously!
If you are missing your period because of
stress or increased training load, we can
help you regain a regular menstrual cycle.
By looking at your diet, exercise regimen,
relationship with food and body, sleep
pattern and fuelling around training (if
applicable to you), we will identify key
areas of concern and develop a personal
strategy towards a healthy menstrual
cycle.
- Functional Hypothalamic Amenorrhea,
including Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (REDs)
