ABOUT
Led by medical doctor and nutritionist Francesca Testa, we bring professional expertise across key fields of wellbeing and the empathetic ear of a friend.
We see food as a dual source of nourishment: for both the body and the soul. We celebrate the nutritional value of food, whilst also honouring its central role in culture, traditions, society and everyday life. We encourage a balanced approach to eating which values both the nutritional benefits and the enjoyment that comes from food.
We believe that exercise should add to life, and not take anything away from it. We champion movement in all shapes and forms, whilst also providing bespoke guidance to training for diMerent health and fitness goals.
We believe in the power of mindset shifting to achieve a healthy lifestyle long-term. Through eMective behavioural change techniques, we help identify individual challenges and barriers to well-being, whilst providing guidance and strategies on habit building, goal-setting, and accountability. We value the power of small and consistent steps in building sustainable lifestyle changes.
